North Lake Tahoe

Course Descriptions – Just within North Lake Tahoe the golfing variety is amazing. Some of the highlights include the Incline Village Championship Golf Course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. where golfers can see the entire eastern shore of the lake at the 16th hole. The Northstar-at-Tahoe Resort golf course is one of the most affordable in the area even without special golf coupons and discounts. It's an 18-hole course with a par of 72, that has 9 holes in a mountain setting offering challenges with trees and obstacles, and 9 holes are in a meadow with an easier, straighter pace.

The Old Brockway Golf Course is a 9-hole course with a par of 35, and the first setting of the Bing Crosby Golf Tournament in 1934. It also has a "Dean Martin Loop" between holes 4 and 8, so named because it means you can get back to the clubhouse for a drink more quickly. The Old Greenwood Golf Course was designed by Jack Nicklaus and is a public course where you can get golf lessons from the pros. It's was rated one of the 10 best new public access courses when it was new in 2005.
