Plenty of trees and natural features mark the area, as well as a view of the majestic mountains. From alpine courses to forested courses, the area offers something from every golfer.

Golf Digest has called this 18-hole championship course one of the best courses in the state, and SKI Magazine has called it one of the 10 best resort courses in the United States. The course offers amazing views of Vermont’s Green Mountains, including the peaks of Mount Snow and Haystack Mountain. It offers a par of 72 and has a yardage of over 6,800. The course features water hazards that threaten 11 holes and over 40 sand traps to offer challenges. It's split between a meadow-like course on the front 9 and a forested course on the back 9 and offers a great view of the Green Mountains and Mount Snow itself. This is the only course in West Dover but there are several other courses, both private and public, in nearby towns like Stamford, Manchester and Chester. In addition, the Stratton Mountain Country Club in nearby Stratton Mountain offers both 18-hole and 9-hole public courses that have won local awards. The resort also offers golf lessons and popular golf school.
